Missed my cupids

Will this week ever end?

my losing streak with bad service continues...

more on that later...

for now let's visit my bad luck with cupid...

dropped by 1U to find out what was the Valentine event

and found out it was by fly FM

and what this was all about,

was that people were given a chance to win RM2k!

and all they had to do is catch one of these cupids

all armed with pink wings

also there were some pretty angels

but didn't really get to catch them...

especially the only one I recognised

this lass (whom I met at the drift event last year)

who was spirited away by another photographer

however one pretty girl I did catch 

while trying to get a photo with the angels

remember her from KLIMS post?

Getting back to the event...

the DJ in the toga (forgot her name)

and her group,

entertained the crowd

before they sent out the cupids out

to be chased by the crowd

and then the eagerly awaiting hopefuls

with the quotes in hand

await the opening of the counter..

even 8TV quickie was at hand

participating for charity

but sadly the person with the right quote

and winner of RM2k

just by having 2 simple lines

"If you want to be loved

you should first be lovely"

And on that two lines I rushed off to Pavillion 

to be early for the Wedding showcase

and after waiting for over 2 hours,

and a few test shots later

I went to the info counter 

and in the end was told that the showcase was at 3:00 p.m.

and not 7:30 p.m. as I was told yesterday

by the same info counter...

woohoo

go malaysian service...

just what I needed after finding out that the weekend plans fell through

this is just getting ridiculous...

what rings in my head is Counting Crows long december...
