Going to do a quick photo a day til I have time to look through my photos...

My attempt at Brenizer

Recently I had the opportunity to do a cosplay shoot

and the theme was for Kamen Rider W

but that's for another time

I need a rest from the weekends

phew... what a full weekend...
I think I'm still tired from the activities.. (you'd think the weekends would be relaxing)
due to the upcoming CNY holidays, we had to replace the schooling days...
and man, we got drilled... twice and grilled too...

KLPF: Photography Festival or...

Photographing Females...?

As mentioned in a previous post, sometimes it seems that photography events seems more like about girls than photography

All the more for KLPF... one of the "bigger" photography festivals in KL...

It started with a modeling pageant..

and of course almost every both there are sales girls 

whether they are actually selling anything or just being eye candy...

even photography societies had their share of pretty ladies

some companies made such effort that their models had different outfits each day of the festival

 

then there were even some imported ladies

Sawadeekarp...

they were so hot that even the local ladies came round to check them out

but PK booth is the best! they had their own male models..

bwahaha..

Well as for other things around the festival, can't say there's much

there's camera testings

still objects to photograph

and miscellaneous unrelated activities 

I'm famous... I think

Hmmm interesting... for some reason my postings on fb for the recent MASIF seem to have drawn quite a bit more attention then I am used to...

for example just came across this blog, The Beauty Queens Gallery

I am honoured that the author gives credit where it is due though no permission was sought...

but since I don't even watermark my images, you could say I'm not that fussy?

I am glad though for the attention as even a beauty queen added me on fb...
and IMO she is one of the best... I'm surprised she has not gone further as I think she deserves to...
perhaps this is the start of something more..? Let's hope this is not my 15 minutes of fame..

Where Art Thou?

after reading loo max flickr site, I realise one of my frustration out there..

I have yet to capture such life in my photo's even though it was all around me..

and now I wonder... 

"who am I shooting for,...?

other people's pleasure or mine?"

I feel pressure to listen to people's feedback that I've caged up any trace of freedom and feel of my photos...

so instead of still life photos... all I have is light caught on a sensor.

anyway these are a few of my fave photos from my trip that could not fit into a box
